As women, we have great impact and influence. As organic, original beings capable of giving new life, our inner balance is wonderfully subtle... and yet also easily thrown off. This organic and graceful balance, to stay balance, requires attention and maintenance. Our lives are often complex and our roles multiple. To be able to serve all these roles in fullness, wisdom, happiness and contentment, we need to have a neutral gear, in which we can stop, relax and simply be ourselves. We need to nurture ourselves first.
These classes are for you as a woman, whether you have children or not. We practice kriyas (exercise sets) especially taught for women and enjoy an abundance of theme-based meditations. To help you gain and regain balance, to strengthen and tune your physical self, clear your mind, clarify your intuition, nourish, relax, inspire and uplift you.
The class is perfect as an accompaniment to Mama Baba postnatal classes though it is not a prerequisite.
As with all Small Blessings classes, classes are offered in cycles of varying lengths.
In 2019 we are offering a full year's programme called 4 Paths of a Woman. Entry into the programme is possible at the start of each term.
