Goal Planning


Let's chat, get to know each other, get a few stats down and devise a sweet game plan that consists of short and long term goals. Oh, and we'll get rid of any self limiting beliefs you have (It's cool we all get them)









Nutrition Coverage


At Underground Strength we recognise, that the ratio of your success will be based on 70% diet with the remaining from coming from training. We'll provide you with your calories and macronutrients that are custom to your body and teach you how to track your calories and macronutrients.









Mobility Program


Upon your first training session we'll have a look at your current movement patterns and give you a postural analysis. We now have a mobility program that's custom to you. This will ensure we shake off any muscular aches and tightness you have and get you squatting deep and avoiding injury.















2 x Weekly Sessions


Let's build your deadlift and crank some Hip-Hop tunes! Get a minimum of two (or more) private coaching sessions a week.









Weekly Accountability Report


We've got your back! Stay focused and accountable with our in-depth method of tracking progress with new and updated weekly goals each week. Also keep in the loop on Facebook with our private Insiders Club.









Private Gym Membership


Let's talk truth, doing just personal training alone without any independent training is like using a car only to drive to and from work, nothing else. We know the importance of doing extras, which is why you don't have to pay for a gym membership on top of personal training. Ditch your gym membership and come lift with us.

 

 

 



GROUP TRAINING













All Access to Private Classes


Our private classes run for 45 minutes which are based around compound lifts. They're challenging, enjoyable yet exhilaratingly fun. We run 9 classes a week (with more along the way)









Small Classes to Monitor Everyone


Because a crowded group class with no breathing space doesn't appeal to us in the slightest. We ain't about having a full gym. We're about quality over quantity. This will ensure we live up to our standards by continuing to embody one-on-one coaching in a team environment.









Strong Community


It's fun to train on your own, but it's even better training in the midst of like-minded members that have goals exactly like yours. Our coaches will uplift you and your team will inspire you to do things you never thought possible.















Technique and Form Focused


If you've tried the whole group class studio gym; perhaps you've noticed there's not a whole lot of technique and face-face coaching going on. We want you to keep up with the pack and not feel out of place. For new faces, we offer a mandatory pre-requisite course, which is comprised of 3 x one on one coaching sessions. We've got your covered!









Private Gym Membership


Can't make it to all the classes? That's cool! We understand shit can happen. Which is why we still give you an option to come in and train independently if you must. But we'd love to have you support our tribe.
