Jane believes in an holistic approach to yoga, teaching not only asana, but pranayama,
meditation, mindfulness ~ and the philosophy underpinning all yoga teachings.
Jane ‘the stressed out chef’ discovered yoga 17 years ago and remembers her first class vividly. Walking out of the yoga studio she felt different, as if she had grown a few inches taller. But it was clearly more than that – she realized that she had found a connection with her inner self and body – a connection that developed over time, bringing clarity of mind, energy, and confidence, and restoring her life’s balance.

Jane currently teaches regular yoga classes, open to all levels, at UYoga studio, Katoomba, (Blue Mountains). This peaceful yoga studio is a dedicated space for teaching yoga, mindful meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

Our Hatha Yoga Classes are open to all levels and are aimed at strengthening the body, mind and spirit.
UYoga classes incorporate not just the physical postures with a focus on alignment,
but also mindful meditation, pranayama (breath control), philosophy
and the yogic personal and social codes of ethics.
