Who we are


Our Personal Trainer, Pia, has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and is a fully qualified APMA Pilates Instructor. A number of her clients have been training with her for more than 8 years. She has a background in ballet and has also been a snow skiing instructor.



For you


Waverley Personal Training sessions are about YOU. The sessions are specifically designed for you to achieve your goals, based on your age, fitness level and most of all, your body. You will learn how control your movements to get the best from your body. Some fitness programs have you doing exercises without considering how your body will cope. At Waverley Personal Training we ensure that each exercise is safe and has a purpose that will benefit your body. Your program will be progressively challenging so that you will get the results you are looking for.
