Within a fully equipped air-conditioned private facility our well- trained professional instructors specialize in weight management, body shaping, Core stability, cardiovascular fitness and strength conditioning solutions.
Client Fitness Programs are individually designed from the initial health, lifestyle and physical evaluation report of findings with the fundamental goals of each program creating balance of strength, flexibility and endurance. Mount Lawley Wellness on Beaufort will promote and conduct in-house Client Educational seminars to increase awareness and highlight key advantages of fitness and the major role it plays in optimising total wellbeing. When do I go to class?
Boot Camp Fitness is a results-driven conditioning program. You will attend 3 separate hour-long sessions per week for 7 weeks. Boot Camps are conducted in an indoor/outdoor, military-style environment using the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises and fitness. This is no ordinary exercise program!
What kind of exercises will I do?
Boot Camp Fitness workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with bodyweight drills, dumbbells and barbells. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, team races, group challenges, wheelbarrow races, boxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, grass drills, and versions of the military standard push-up and sit up!
