What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, which concentrates on the entire body, including the central nervous system, organs and musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia).
Osteopaths will approach the diagnosis and treatment of their clients holistically, utilising a range of manual techniques such as joint articulation, deep tissue massage and stretching. As everybody is unique, certain methods are customised to meet the individual requirements of the client.
