I studied my Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Chinese Medicine in Melbourne and am both a registered Acupuncturist, Herbalist and trained birth assistant. I began my own healing journey 10 years ago when I first began studying Natural Medicine – and I have a special interest in the mind/ body connection of wellness.

My experiences personally and as a practitioner have lead me to highly appreciate how the body systems and the brain process emotions and how this is interconnected with the hormonal apparatus, the central nervous system, and specifically the immune system.

Acupuncture is an amazing method that when used correctly can bring the body back into balance both on an emotional and physical level. Chinese Medicine understands that unexpressed emotions may contribute to disease and poor health. The body is in constant communication with us, it has its very own language. I firmly believe that if we re-learn how to listen to our body and communicate with our body so that we can access the wealth of wisdom and knowledge we have stored.
