Holistic Counselling is a gentle and compassionate form of therapy that will help in all aspects of life.
It is an alternative form of therapy that engages with the client as a whole, taking into account the clients physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual aspects.The goal is growth of the whole person. rather dealing with just the symptoms. Holistic meaning 'whole' encompasses 'mind, body and spirit' to help facilitate wellness.

I create a deep connection with the client, i have a great ability with intuition enabling a very informative Counselling session .Depending on the issue or reason for coming it sometimes is necessary to come a few times until client is feeling better within themselves.

Counselling $40 an hour
I find most clients like an hour and a half, especially the first consultation.
