About Us
We have been offering Yoga classes to the Altona community for the past six years. Our emphasis is on providing a Yoga practice that supports and nourishes each individual. We believe that Yoga is for everybody - every size, every shape, every age - and we work hard to make our classes as accessible as possible.
All of our teachers hold an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching and are fully qualified members of Yoga Australia.

Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Gentle Restorative Class)
Monday 7:00pm - 8:15pm (General Class)
Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:15pm (General Class)
Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:45pm (General Class)
Thursday 7:00pm - 8:15pm (General Class)
2012 Fees
$150 for a 10 week term (or $100 concession)
