My one-to-one session with a combination of breathwork, yoga and mindfulness meditation are suitable for anyone who is looking to improve their overall wellbeing, physical and mental health, and reduce stress.
- Breathwork session focus on releasing physical and emotional tension through the power of conscious breathing techniques.
- Yoga classes are designed to help you release stress and tension from your body and mind while promoting self-awareness and connection with your inner resources.
- Yoga asanas are tailored to your individual body's energy balance required at the current stage and situation in life. It is based on Chakra healing system, an ancient practice that helps to clear, balance and align your energy field so that it can function optimally.
- Finally, individually scripted mindfulness meditation sessions are aimed at helping you to cultivate self-awareness, acceptance and compassion. It is through this session that your bring your intention to fruition.

The Process
Initial 30 mins free session:
I will assess your current breathing style, strength, flexibility and constitution type based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda & chakra systems which are the foundations of yoga. The modern exercise version of yoga is a one-size-fit-all western version and may not be suitable to everyone.
We will discuss, and together develop an action plan for your individual needs and goals. You will have choices and options to set short-term and long-term goals in working with me. If you wish, I can consult with your GP or therapist in developing a personalised plan.
Follow-up sessions:
If you would like to continue after the first free 45mins session, you need to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions x 75 mins per session x $90 per session. Change is not easy or magical, it requires commitment. If you have the courage to commit, I promise to walk-along side you to co-create your dream.

- 30 Hrs Level Chair Yoga (Yoga Australia Accredited, Underway)
