Bars Treatment

In both past and present lives, bars are points on the head that contain energy that cause blockages in a person’s life. In energy work, your practitioner presses these points gently with their fingers and holds them until the energy is released. 

This is a great way to clear your mind and remove obstructions that may have been holding you back. The perfect remedy for those who overthink, are anxious, depressed, suicidal, emotionally blocked, and feel foggy.

Reiki Treatment

Known for centuries, Reiki is used to treat stress, depression, anxiety, aches and pains, insomnia, and overactivity of the mind, and is known to help people cope with grief and loss.

Relaxation Massage

Boost your energy with a 1-hour relaxation massage that focuses on the back, legs, feet, shoulders, and arms. With this massage, you will feel relaxed and at ease while clearing your energy centres.

Energy Clearing

Get your mind and body clear with a full energy clearing session. This session includes chakra clearing, Reiki treatment, aura cleansing, and clearing the mind.

Full Energy Treatment

Are you looking for a way to clear, refresh, and rejuvenate yourself? This full-service treatment includes Energy Clearing and Balancing, Relaxation Massage with Reiki, Crystal Facial, and Bars Treatment. As an option, you can also add Foot Detox or Ear Candling.

Ear Candling

The practice of ear candling improves health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and inserting the other end into the ear canal. This process removes built-up ear wax and takes around 30 minutes.

Meditation Classes

Learn how meditation can help you move forward in life. A meditation class is a one-on-one session in which a practitioner conducts a guided meditation to help you let go of the baggage you carry. 

Each session lasts 2 hours, and you are encouraged to bring a journal and pen to document your findings.

Spiritual Coaching

Are you just beginning your journey and would like someone to talk to? Do you feel you’re going insane and need some non-judgmental advice? 

These coaching sessions will help you understand what you are going through in your spiritual awakening and give you guidance.

Miricle Clearing Sessions

Do you hold conscious/unconscious blocks that are stopping you from moving forward & finding miracles in your world? Do you see the same issue coming up over and over again and you can't understand why? Do you feel like you can't break through that roof of your life? Whether it be relationships, money, self confidence etc I can help you to locate these blocks and remove them using the Compassion Key and removing karmic imprints. The Miracle Sessions can be held face to face or online depending on clients location. When booking a session a email will be sent to verify face to face or online requirements.
