If you find it difficult to ‘switch off’ or unwind – you are not alone. In a fast-paced world of competing priorities and tasks, it can be difficult to manage stress, slow down, and face the challenges that our life has thrown at us. When life becomes overwhelming or is busy, we tend to feel like we are ‘running the rate race’ and surviving, as opposed to thriving. At times it may feel like we are lost, or we resist what is currently going on, as our current circumstances seem a little too much to deal with.
Counselling offers a safe and non-judgemental space where I am to listen and understand what is going on for you in one or a number of areas of your life. As opposed to focusing on just the symptoms alone, I can help you to uncover the underlying cause of what may be holding you back, is scaring you, or is leaving you with feelings of unfulfillment. Counselling can help and support you to release negative patterns of thought and limiting beliefs and behaviour that no longer serve you and are stopping you from reaching your desires and goals.
