I work within a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, firmly believing in the benefits of joyful movement, self-compassion, and eating for wellbeing. We can go over your areas of concern, consider options and information, explore barriers and any obstacles in your path, develop action plans and specific goals, help you to create a vision and learn tools for developing healthy habits and mindset.
