Alex has been coaching people to face their fears and realise their dreams for over 20 years. As a qualified Youth & Family Therapist, Alex has dedicated himself to helping people realise their potential. With eight years experience as a Facilitator at Reach Youth and having worked with organisations such as Mensline, Beyond Blue and Suicide LifeLine, he is renowned for his natural ability to connect with people from all walks oflife. Alex is experienced in one on one counselling as well as running seminars and Challenge Life experiences for groups and corporate companies.
