The purpose of the Wellness Assessment is to work out exactly where your health is now, where you would like it to be in the future, and what steps need to be taken in order to bridge the gap.
Naturopathic healthcare focuses on finding and addressing the cause of illness, rather than simply taking a ‘bandaid’ approach by masking symptoms. As such, it is important that as much information as possible regarding your health is collected, and this is done during your Initial Wellness Assessment.
Linda then formulates an individualized treatment plan that is best suited to your particular requirements and designed to help get you on your way to reaching your health and wellness goals. This may include a herbal remedies in liquid (mixed 'just for you') or tablet form, targeted vitamin & mineral supplementation, as well as professional dietary and lifestyle advice.
