What is Qigong?

Qigong is a mind-body practice come from ancient China, which contents the essences of profound ancient Chinese philosophy.

Practice Qigong can refine, improve and perfect the life functions of human beings. It can be used for improving one's mental and physical health, or helping others to heal diseases and sickness.

Qigong has been practiced in China for over thousands years and has been shown effective in prevention and cure of many diseases. Because its great power and natural way, there are tens of millions people in China still practice Qigong today.

About Zhineng Qigong

Zhineng Qigong is a refined form of Qigong that was developed by Dr. Pang Ming, a famous professor in this field. He is talented Chinese medicine expert , and also had studied and trained in Western medicine. He had received tutelage from 19 Grandmasters in Qigong and martial arts since his early childhood.

With the creation of Zhineng Qigong, Dr. Pang combined the ancient Chinese internal cultivation of Qigong as a healing art with the modern science knowledge of the body and mind. Dr. Pang also founded Qigong Center where Zhineng Qigong was used to study mind-body science and its applications to self-healing.

This Qigong center was the largest of its kind in China, and the world's largest medicineless hospital. During the 1992 to 1998, on average, every month there were 4000 people practicing qigong in the centre, and more than 7000 in high season, and there were hundreds staffs working at the centre.

As certified China's pre-eminent energy-healing approach after a 10-year government survey, there were more than 200,000 patients had been treated in Zhineng Qigong centre, the centre demonstrated an incredible 90% healing effectiveness rate, the cured cases included more than 210 serious and terminal disease conditions (Cancer, Diabetes, Depression, liver disorders, heart disease, paralysis, congenital defects etc) .350,000 students were trained at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center. There are about ten million practitioners worldwide. The centre also had trained thousands of Qigong teachers, many of them have chosen to dedicate their lives to share and teach Qigong to the public.

There are numerous systems of Qigong. Of all the various systems, Zhineng Qigong was recognized as the most effective one for health-enhancing by the Governmen.( by the Chinese Sports Bureau.) in 1998. At the same year more than 3000 scientific reports about Zhineng Qigong have been published in China.
