FAQs

Can someone get stuck in hypnosis?

No. Even if a person is in a hypnotic state, they remain fully aware of what's going on around them. It’s not true that a hypnotherapist can take control of one's mind.

How long does hypnosis take to work?

The length of treatment would depend on the goal that you want to achieve. Some people get results after 4 to 6 sessions, while others take 12 to 15 sessions before getting a positive outcome.

Does hypnotherapy really work?

Hypnotherapy can treat a wide range of health conditions, including anxiety, addictions, chronic pain, depression, and the list goes on. As a complementary therapy, it is used to relieve the pain which people experience from medical treatments.

Does hypnotherapy work on everyone?

Hypnotherapy will only work if a person is open to it. A hypnotherapist cannot force an individual to undergo hypnosis if they don't want to.
