What is Feldenkrais?

Developed by Russian physicist and educator Moshe Feldenkrais in the 1900s, the Feldenkrais Method aims to teach the body how to function more efficiently no matter what activity it engages in, in order to resolve muscular and neurological conditions. Feldenkrais is an educational method consisting of gentle movement sequences designed to retrain your movement and nervous system. This process increases your awareness of your self-limiting actions and potential for movement, which in turn leads to better health and quality of life.

By doing so, a wide variety of health issues can be resolved, including:

  • Headaches and migraines
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Temporomandibular Jaw (TMJ) disorder
