What is included in The Blueprint for Chakra Mastery Programme?

• Regular one to one Crystal Reiki sessions @Wodonga Salt Rooms or Distant Reiki sessions if you are not able to make it in person
• Level 1 Reiki* - learn about Reiki, its origins and how to practice on yourself / loved ones
• The concept, meaning and importance of Chakras, your powerful energy
• How to spot Chakra imbalance and what it can show up as in your life
• Techniques to uncover and heal inner child wounding that contributes to Chakra imbalances - How to start using Crystals in your space to transform your energy
• How to use Crystals for Chakra balancing at home
• Rituals to protect your energy and cut energetic cords
• Effective daily affirmations to support Chakra work and your manifestation efforts
• Phases of the Moon cycle and how they can impact and support your own energy
• An online platform to access all of the learning lessons which will be a mixture of audio files and pdf workbooks with a personal login so you can move through the program content at your own pace during the recommeded12 week period.

You'll need to allow at least 1-2 hours a week (with an internet connection) to work through the content and complete action tasks and practice Reiki on yourself.
