21/2 days of intensive training.

On the Berllarine.

Commencing Saturday 10am, completing Monday 3pm.

Saturday 10am - 5pm Practical application mand theory, learn full heartworkd massage.

Sunday 9am - 4pm we continue to put it all together for a full body hot stone massage.

Monday 9am - 1pm full hot stonemassage - 1pm - 3pm lunch fllowed by graduation.

Lunch is porovided. Organic vegetatian healthy food.

Cost for hot stone course $650.00

Number of students limit is 8.

Applying the techniques from the traditional Lomi Lomi Massage (HEART WORKS), we massage with hot stones which gives a wonderful deep relaxing massage experience.

You will leave being confident to be able to carry out a professional Lomi Lomi Hot Stone treatment for 90 minutes.

TRAINING IS FOR 6-8 PEOPLE ONLY.
The pace of training is set by the group, and individual skill sets will be taken into account.

WHAT IS HAWAIIAN LOMI LOMI HOT STONE MASSAGE?

We use natural basalt stones that are picked up from the rivers and sea beds, wherever lava has flowed. Therefore they are lava rocks, and are energetically charged.

Following the same principles as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, we apply the stones, using flowing, smooth, continuous and slow strokes, through to deep tissue bodywork. We also place the stones under and on top of the body.
The heat and the energy from the stones treat any tightness, pain and tension in body, causing the muscles and tissue to soften, release and let go.
The stones work on many layers of our being: the physical body, the emotional body and the energetic body.
The stones allow physical and energetic blockages to be released, inducing a deep sense of relaxation, peace and harmony.
On an energetic and emotional level, the stones help to release any blockages, patterns and beliefs that are not serving you.

The heat from the stones helps to promote deep relaxation, encourages the muscles to relax and release tension, and allowing stress to melt away.
The hot stones stimulate and harmonise the flow of energy, and help to balance the body.

A heated, oiled stone glides across your skin, another follows. You take a deep breath and you feel yourself relax and let go. You take another deep breath and the stress just melts away.

As the heat penetrates, your tight and knotted muscles are softened, and you have no choice but to let the tension melt away.

The stones are incredibly grounding, and this works for both the client and the therapist. We work with our intuition to create an individual treatment for each person.
