I am a professionally trained Manual Therapist, with a specialisation in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Since 2015 I have been supporting many people experiencing the impacts of trauma, including chronic and painful physical, emotional, and social issues. I believe healing is a journey of the spirit back home, to a soothing space. I also believe that mind body spirit are not separate, and addressing them together can support healing. Whatever your goals are, we will work together to develop a safe treatment for you. I tailor treatments to each unique person I meet and so every treatment is unique in some way. I recieve ongoing clinical supervision and professional training so that I can stay informed and offer the best care possible. I enjoy good health and love recieving regular treatments myself. I also find giving treatments very relaxing, they become like a meditation form me. I love doing what I do. I look forward to connecting with you, if you choose to work with me.
