My name is Sophia Caska (Grenfell), I am an accomplished massage therapist who holds a degree in Remedial Massage therapy and part of the membership of Professional Massage and Myotherapy in Australia. I have an advanced physiotherapy massage clinic in Brunker Rd, Adamstown.

I apply the conventional Swedish (Relaxation) massage therapy with an advanced massage therapy using the manual massage method of Hendrickson. I am pleased that the Hendrikson approach is incorporated into my therapies because of its therapeutic success in emotionally soothing treatments of a wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions. Customers may have the option to choose a method by Hendrikson for a Remedial massage or a conventional Remedial therapy that integrates the method by Hendrickson, if applicable.
