We are Dance and Sport specialists offering individual assessment in order to create a personal program of specific exercises to correct muscle imbalances, rehabilitate an injury or refine a particular technique or skill.
Physiotherapy for Work Cover, Veteran affairs and Third Party Injury are also available as is Massage therapy.
Our physiotherapists provide physiotherapy treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions ranging from spinal injuries and pain, to sporting injuries, arthritis and general joint and muscular pain. HICAPS is available onsite.
Health Fund Rebates
Private health funds contribute some of the cost of our Pilates under the physiotherapy schedule. We have HICAPS available.
We offer acute, hands on, early physiotherapy treatment for Workcover clients.
For clients who require strengthening and return to work after the acute phase, we can assess you and forward a provider management plan to Workcover proposing a plan for supervised rehabilitation sessions. Work hardening and manual handling training and correction will be included in these sessions for workers returning to manual work.

Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plans
Clients who are eligible for this coverage can benefit greatly from education about physical exercise and from the strengthening effects of Pilates training.
For the older client maintaining mobility and independence is paramount. Veterans affairs clients with balance and pain issues are generally covered for Physiotherapy Supervised Pilates sessions, if referred by a medical practitioner.
If you have experienced a Motor vehicle accident and have a doctors referral we can assess your treatment requirements and negotiate with your CTP insurer about coverage for the treatment plan.
Jenny has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years. She is an APA sports physiotherapist and has worked with Pilates since the early 1990s introducing this type of strengthening to the dance schools that she works with. Jenny has worked with a wide range of sports- rugby, soccer, netball, gymnastics, cricket, track and field. Jenny also has a special interest in Worksite injury, treatment and prevention.
Ally graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011, providing her with all the most current research and knowledge available. Beginning her professional career with Queensland Health in an Acute Brain Injury Rehabilitation Facility, Ally then joined us here at Agility Physiotherapy & Pilates in early 2012.
She has always had an interest in Pilates, exercise and rehabilitation and in treating high level athletes. She herself danced for over 10 years, which as an activity which requires a very high degree of core stabilty as well as strength and range of motion in the hip.
