With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, I provide a compassionate, down-to-earth space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I specialise in Couples Counselling, Individual Therapy, and Mental Health First Aid Training, offering services both in-person and online to make support accessible, flexible, and personalised to your needs. Whether you’re navigating relationship difficulties, grief, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, communication breakdowns, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to help.

My approach is practical, relatable, and built on deep respect for the unique journey each client brings. I blend evidence-based therapies with a genuine human connection, peppering in just the right amount of humour, insight, and forward-focused energy. Clients often say they feel heard, challenged (in a good way!), and empowered after our sessions.

As the first person globally to hold a Master’s in Forensic Sexology and with multiple qualifications in counselling and ethics, I bring a rare level of depth and specialisation—particularly when working with complex relationship dynamics, intimacy issues, and grief recovery.

In addition to counselling, I offer Mental Health First Aid training for workplaces, and community groups, helping people gain the confidence and skills to support others in crisis and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
