Exercise Physiologists are 4 year university qualified allied health professionals who specialise in the delivery of lifestyle, exercise and behavioural modification programs for the management and the prevention of chronic injuries and diseases. EPS provide behavioural change and physical activity support for clients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, depressions, osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer, COPD and many more.

Accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) are recognised as allied health professionals and are eligible to register with Medicare Australia, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, WorkCover and have recognition among a number of health insurers. 

You may come in to visit an AEP  to assist you with some of the following:

• To overcome persisting pain caused by injury or overuse


• To assist with rehabilitation following a cardiac event


• To work to prevent pre-diabetes from progressing to full diabetes


• Enhance your general wellbeing and health.


• To improve your heart health


• To control your diabetes


• To improve your recovery following cancer treatment
