Art De Dente was established in 2007 as a friendly, comfortable place.

Designed with a health spa in mind, we provide spacious, state-of-the-art treatment rooms with panoramic views of the city and digital screens mounted on the ceiling for watching movies, sports, and music.

We have an extensive client list and consulting rooms for various Allied Medical modalities that make this a great location for your clients.

A typical day at the facility will see 80 people for different treatments, so it is an excellent opportunity for you to expand or establish your business.

We are on the corner of Queen Street and Little Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Within a few minutes of walking from Melbourne Central or Flagstaff stations, your clients will be on the doorstep of this beautiful location.

Wilson parking is 30 meters away if you prefer to drive.

Our consulting rooms are on the top floor of the building, close to the hardware lane food precinct.

The occupants can enjoy spectacular views of the city’s central business district.

As part of our efforts to help your business grow, we can market your clinic to our patient database, link to your website, and create signs.

All rooms are of different sizes, but the average is about 4x4 meters, or 16 square meters, with some a little smaller.

• Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (By Appointments)
• Sunday: Closed

Pricing

Several options are available for leasing our rooms, including:

• Hourly room rental
• Daily room rental
• Regular access to the same consultation room, whether part-time or full-time
• Long-term leasing options

We offer very competitive and flexible rental rates.

The following prices apply to big consulting rooms, smaller rooms (3x3) will be cheaper by 15% of the prices listed below:

• Part-time room rental, 16 sqm
  
  • Hourly - $32
  • Half a day, 5 hours - $120*
  • Full-day, 10 hours - $230*
  • Monthly, 20 days - $3500*

*Note:

• GST is added to all quoted rates.
• Rates for a 24-month contract.
• A fixed amenities fee of $50/Month will be added to non-casual arrangements.
• All prices are ex-GST.
