Transpersonal Art therapy enables people to explore their unconscious thinking, enhancing self-expression, through art creations to identify supporting unconscious thoughts we sometimes struggle to understand ourselves.
I have a mantra I enjoy sending out

I have been in the welfare industry for the past 15 yrs.
I encourage “Small steps” and work from an early intervention perspective with children aged 8 yrs. to parents, male and female, families and/or couples from various backgrounds.
Sometimes being on the same page can help with the
“Small steps” to changes.
Offering choices of how you would like to be supported through your sessions are something I encourage
The areas I focus on include: Anxiety, Children’s Anxiety, Mindfulness meditation, Parenting, Disabilities, Anger Management, Adolescents, Depression, Domestic Violence, COVID related anxiety, stress, trauma & bereavement & Grief counselling.

Transpersonal Art Therapy supports you to explore your unconscious mind that can often play a part in resisting you to move forward. The use of mindfulness, art expression and some meditation can help navigate trigger points within your thoughts.
Listening to your story, focusing on you is a Client Centered Approach.
Exploring the unconscious mind, discussing what comes up for you during your art therapy process.
The art process can be a scribble, paints on a page, collage using pictures from magazines, picutres offered to view which can identify triggers and enhance discussion between client and practitioner.
Various styles of meditation used: e.g., visual, stories or movements.
You will learn more about yourself and develop strategies to enhance wellbeing to face life’s challenges.

Your environment during your sessions will be a safe space and confidential.
