Ashtanga Yoga Sydney offers all of our new students Unlimited Classes for a whole week, for only $30!

Available Times:
  • Mon-Thurs: 6:30am
  • Mon-Sun: 9:30am & 5.30pm
  • Mon-Wed: 6:30pm

Additional Information

Please expect your first class with us to be 30 minutes long, with classes extending in time depending how regularly you attend and how well you respond to our Yoga techniques. For the best results we suggest that you attend at least three classes per week.

The beauty of Ashtanga Yoga is that it is a traditional practice, that can be practised by anyone. Plus as each student goes at their own pace according to their level and with a teacher guiding you individually, pose by pose why would you try any other form of Yoga?

4 Week Introductory Course - only $100

Our Intro Course entitles you to 3 course evenings per week plus unlimited access to any other classes we offer for the duration of your course.

  • Monday 5th May until Monday 26th May
  • Monday 2nd June until Wednesday 25th June
  • Monday 7th July until Wednesday 30th July
  • Monday 4th August until Wednesday 27th August
