Relaxation Stroke Stress Management Muscle tension Nurturing Pain relief

My facility space is warm and inviting for women of all body shapes and sizes. My goal is to allow you to enjoy the body you live in by moving comfortably and freely.

My deepest passion resigns with ISBT Bowen Therapy. I am constantly inspired by both its effectiveness and elegance. In the event that you need a genuine change inside of your body, I would most definitely prescribe a series of Bowen therapy sessions.

However, if you prefer a more traditional remedial therapy approach, I am also a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. I completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Southern School of Natural Therapies, an extremely reputable school who are celebrating 50 years of educating in health. Traditional remedial techniques include myofascial release, deep tissue massage; trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, PNF stretching, lymphatic drainage and sports techniques.

Most people are more familiar with the benefits of massage, including the immediate feeling of deep relaxation and calm. If you are looking for a great massage, I offer both 1 hour and 1.5 hour Swedish style sessions. Swedish massage uses oil and long flowing strokes. It is nurturing while at the same time reduces muscle tension and promotes circulation. You are welcome to request deep tissue techniques to relieve any pain and tension, especially neck and shoulders.

Living with Pain is Tough
  • You may become accustomed to the pain you live with BUT have you REALLY thought about the amount it is affecting your life?
  • Is pain preventing you from making the most of your life?
  • Is it accurate to say that you are doing less? What's more, by that I don't simply mean less strolling, less work outdoors or less physical activity, I mean less of everything.
  • Is it accurate to say that you are doing less mingling, less laughing? Is it true that you are staying at home feeling miserable and sore?

Change is Possible

It doesn't need to be like this. Life can be so vastly improved if pain isn't present each time you move. Envision not living with this agony and having the ability to truly appreciate life.... like you used to?
