Our natural health clinic in Adelaide is dedicated to educating our clients on the fundamental principals of health and our innate connection to the natural world, known as Biophilia. As Naturopaths, we have a holistic view of health that acknowledges the role of mind, body & spirit. Naturopathic care may consist of dietary & lifestyle therapies, nutraceuticals & herbal medicine. Founders Lachlan and Connie also teach the Buteyko Method, & as Certified Instructors they recognise the importance of functional breathing habits in achieving optimal health. At Biophilia Health, we hope to give our clients a greater self-awareness and an understanding of their mind, body and spirit, as well as the knowledge and skills needed to achieve optimal health and vitality.

Biophilia Health was founded by partners, clinical Naturopaths and Buteyko Method Instructors Lachlan Mullen and Connie Pasta in 2020. Together, they are passionate about igniting a culture of greater health independence and responsibility, believing that people thrive when they take ownership and maintain active involvement throughout their life-long health journey. 

At Biophilia Health, our mission is to connect with, empower, and enrich the lives of others. We aim to do so through our natural health clinic in Adelaide where we can help our clients, one-on-one as well as in group classes and workshops, to achieve the optimal level of health possible. 

The word Biophilia describes the innate connection between us, human beings, to the natural world. Naturopathic medicine centres around our connection to nature, using natural therapies like herbal and nutritional medicine, to bring the body back into a state of balance. This is called homeostasis and it’s something the human body, as a natural entity, is always striving for; it just needs the right conditions in place to do so. Our aim, at Biophilia Health, is to help each individual to identify the barriers to their health, and give them the knowledge and know-how to replace barriers with dietary and lifestyle habits that will enable your body to regain optimal health and balance.
