Learning The Buteyko Breathing Method
The Buteyko Institute Breathing Method is taught in personalised courses, consisting of 5 x 2 hour individualised sessions. During these personalised sessions clients are taught how to retrain their breathing, in order to enable them to breathe correctly when sleeping, exercising, speaking, eating, and performing their daily activities.
