You may be a dietician, podiatrist, hypnotherapist, osteopath, naturopath, do eyelash extensions, teeth whitening, makeup artist. You may consult from a completely different field of work, we are open to ideas. Work the hours you want in an area with loyal local clientele and also clients from surrounding Melbourne suburbs. Calma is well positioned for public transport and parking, the Armadale train station is a 5 minute walk and there is a tram stop right out the front of the building. Parking is available at the back of the building. Also there are great cafes and coffee shops just seconds down the road.

This unique building contains a large reception area, bathrooms, kitchenette and lounge waiting area upstairs. Rent includes use of facilities, heating & cooling and utilities.

The room is available at a daily rate of $120 per day and price is negotiable depending on the days and times you would like the room.
