Yoga Classes

Yoga is a holistic healing modality that is based on the oneness of body and mind. It has been practiced for five thousand years and widely recognised for its ability to promote peace and relaxation.

Yoga poses or asanas are relaxation techniques that stimulate the cells, connective tissues and internal organs while clearing the mind at the same time.

Mindfulness Exercises

Mindfulness helps you develop a non-judgemental awareness of the present moment. This allows you to focus on your thoughts, emotions and everything going on in your body.

In 2011, Sara Lazar and her team of researchers at Harvard discovered that mindfulness meditation restructures the brain and modifies a person’s thought patterns and emotions.
