This technique utilises various modalities including craniosacral therapy, myofascial & positional release therapy, acupressure, kinesiology and remedial massage to promote balance and address physical trauma like back pain and joint injury. It also helps with all types of chronic conditions like debilitating pain & fatigue.

A natural health treatment that combines muscle testing and monitoring with principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to improve energy and body function.
By doing muscle testing, assessment can be done to find out what issues the body is having. This way, proper techniques can be used to promote balance needed.
Among these techniques is acupressure, which is very effective in guiding the energy system towards better balance to calm agitation & overload in the nervous system. This helps improve health, wellbeing and vitality.

Take note that biodynamic craniosacral therapy is not a manipulative therapy, but instead is a gentle treatment that aims to restore health and balance to the body’s systems that can help relieve pain and dysfunction, as well as improve health and performance.
Sessions are usually around 45-90 minutes with the client lying face up on a treatment table. The therapist will work the spine, skull, sinuses, diaphragms, organs and fascia, and joints or muscles of the limbs.
