Arts Therapy/ ABC Counselling Therapy- explores your belief about your behaviour and consequences of your beliefs.  Your belief  / attitude is just your thought. Your thoughts become your reality / consquences.  All while being in joy of  creating Art and Drawing. Arts psychotherapy effective in engaging people, who struggle with 'talking'. Such as adolescents, people suffering from trauma, those with disabilities.  My Diploma of Arts Therapy prepared me to being a skilled and transformative Arts psychotherapist.

We start with Drawing to Watercolour pencils to Painting in either Watercolours or Acrylics. With participants working on their own subjects of choice. Giving them freedom in allowing Art to focus through their emotions.

Art Therapy soothes anxiety while boosting self esteem and confidence. The pride and joy of creating such beautiful Art, heals doubt and soothes emotions. Wonderful for Autism, ADHD and any other social issues. Ages from 7 years and up to any age. 'You will have the power to create worlds'

Weekly treatment begins with focus to help individuals heal, energise and become aware of their inner strengths. Enhanced by listening to concerns while in the joys of creating Art. Boosting their self-esteem and confidence in themselves.

My background of being a professional Portrait Artist/ Teacher of Fine Art for over 40 years to an Advanced Diploma of Counselling with AIPC QC 5945   and Diploma of Arts Therapy CRS 097944E  Diploma in Graphics and Design and Fine Arts

Plus Certificate 1V in Assessment and Workplace Training. And Arts Certificate in Painting.

All combined with my passion of Art. And a great success of teaching Art to an enormous variety of students. Combined with clients in my business in DarcysArt. With phenomenal results. 

Also, being a student with the teachings of Abraham Hicks for over 30 years Gives me the wide and varied experience to bring phenomenal success to so many people, both young and old.

One young girl, used to have terrible anxiety before 'show 'n tell' at school... Now, this same young girl won Watercolour at The Pines River Show 2022! Her marks at school have rocketed as her confidence has soared, and ended up being class captain 2024 and much more...

And all my clients have followed the same pattern.
