Who are the people who would benefit and why? All those who are interested in feeling better physically and emotionally; i.e. improved general wellbeing. Those who are looking for a self-healing technique that is simple; fun and self-empowering. This technique is safe and effective for all age groups and limitations, with special techniques for children and an adaptation for parents to work with babies.

What is it? This is an inner-body awareness, while breathing, that co-insides with the natural movement of the body. Ones choice of music adds to the techniques effectiveness and overall enjoyment. Further application may not necessarily involve physical movement, if that is not possible, adding to the therapys wider application.

Where? This depends upon the desired level of involvement. This can be from individual practice; group classes as well as people with restricted movement (wheel-chair/bed-ridden) can all benefit from this simple technique.

Participants Expectations?
Principally, the Movement Harmonics technique, is utilizing the relationship that exists between the natural movement of every cell in the body and the natural flow of our environment.
