These gentle skin-stretching techniques simulate and stimulate the rhythmic contraction of the lymph vessels which in turn increases the volume and flow of lymph fluid.
Myotherapy is an advanced form of remedial massage, that helps treat and manage pain with particular focus on releasing trigger points located in muscles and surrounding connective tissue called fascia. Treatments to reduce discomfort are a combination of:
