Welcome to Flower Essence Healing

Flower essences are a vibrational medicine. They utilise the unique healing properties of flowers to allow emotional blockages to be released. As humans we have many layers of emotions and flower essences work by allowing each layer to be worked through and released, one by one.

As good health is a result of emotional, mental and spiritual harmony, treating emotional or psychological imbalances often results in physical disease or physical manifestations to disappear. Flower essences are known to treat a wide range of presentations such as upsets, strong emotions, difficult or unusual behaviours, physical illness, muscle tension, headache, anxiety and stress to name a few.

Flower essences work gently, allowing the releasing of negative patterns, thoughts, behaviours and dynamics. 

Life is filled with challenges. Using flower essences allows the challenges to be met and worked through in smoother way. Emotions are easier to witness and allow to flow through, rather than holding on to them for extended periods of time.

Flower essences are safe to use with medications. Children respond well to flower essences which are used to treat a range of childhood behaviours, patterns and illness. 

In addtion to flower essences I also make essences from herbs and crystals.

What do I do?

I work with you to identify the best flower and/or herb or crystal essences that are beneficial to you. You may have one area you want to work on or many. A combination of essences will be formulated to address your areas of concern.
