Growing up in Germany meant that my childhood was filled with complementary medicine and herbal medicine. After the passing of my mother at the early age of 22 I was inspired to nurture my own mental and physical wellbeing.

Migrating to Australia and having Children of my own led me to discover Kinesiology whilst I was searching fanatically for an explanation for their health issues. Both my children have suffered from digestive issues, allergies and severe headaches, with no apparent physical cause. After just a few short Kinesiology treatments their stomach pains and their headaches were gone, the allergies had been brought under control, and their reading, writing and their behaviour had improved dramatically.

In 1998 I began studying Kinesiology and since then I have never looked back. After two decades of offering private consultations and practitioner training in this field, I am still as passionate as I was when I began. The unique combination of Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy, Bowen Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming used within my Consultations and Practitioner Training Courses present a fantastic tool to improve your health and wellbeing.
