Baby Massage Workshops
Baby Massage is a skill that all parents, carers, siblings etc can learn. You will find the time spent with baby, helping them to feel relaxed and comforted will be beneficial to assist sleep patterns, reduce crying time, and promote bonding with parents/children.
Families are encouraged to attend, or sometimes just mum comes with the new baby. Whatever your circumstances, a Baby Massage Workshop will provide valuable tools to add to your parenting tool kit!

Acupressure & Massage Training for Pregnancy and Birth
(recommended from 25weeks gestation)
These sessions are currently only being run as ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS and are personalised to what you and your birth partner wish to learn.
We will cover a number of basic acupressure points and massage skills for use during the rest of your pregnancy, and your labour. No prior massage experience required, and the session will give your partner the courage to work with you during childbirth, and the confidence to really contribute to the experience.

Price - $125 per couple for the 1.5hr personalised session & all course notes
Aromatherapy Consultations
Earthly Birth Aromatherapy Consultations are a wonderful avenue to learn about using essential oils during pregnancy and beyond. Having personally experienced the sheer power of using essential oils, your Aromatherapist Rebecca Brook recommends their use during your pregnancy and/or labour. With her expertise and past experience, you can be sure to learn a range of valuable lessons from this delightful session.
Price - $55 for 30min consultation incl 1x5ml blend - this may be claimable under private extras cover with some health funds. Additional essential oil blends are extra.

Aromatherapy for Postnatal Mums Workshops - DATES COMING SOON
This workshop covers a number of new challenges brand new mums face in the postnatal period, while discussing how to use Aromatherapy to your advantage. Many of the issues we face with our newborn babies - right up to toddler age are also discussed in this informative workshop. You are also more than welcome to bring your babies along, so why not give us a call today to enrol in your next workshop.
