Meet our Dieticians
Elda Pinto is the Owner and Principal Dietitian at EP Dietetics. She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
Elda has completed a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Wollongong), and prior to that a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition (University of Western Sydney). She has had a wide range of dietetic experience through her clinical, community based and research work both here in QLD and interstate. Elda started EP Dietetics in 2007.
Coming from a traditional well-fed Italian family clearly deprivation and restrictive eating were never contemplated! This upbringing combined with a love and healthy obsession of all things food and health brought Elda to dietetics. Elda is passionate about helping each of her patients achieve their diet and nutrition goals through realistic and individualised advice, in a friendly and non-judgemental setting.
Main areas of interests include; chronic disease, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances.
Sav Manolis is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia. He has completed a Bachelor of Health Science Nutrition (QUT) and a Masters degree in Dietetics at the University of Queensland (UQ).
Sav is passionate about food and promoting health through nutrition. He encourages a holistic approach to health with focus on the emotional, physical and environmental factors that influence eating behaviors. Sav is dedicated to his patient’s needs, conditions and individual goals and is committed to providing nutrition education, realistic advice and planning specific to your requirements.
Having experience with an array of clinical conditions, Sav is particularly interested in weight loss/management, diabetes and exercise and sports nutrition and will endeavour to work with you in achieving your goals.
Melissah has completed a Master of Dietetics Studies (University of Queensland), and prior to that a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) at the Queensland University of Technology. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Practising Nutritionist and Provisional Sports Dietitian. She has recently moved back to Brisbane from Cairns, Far North Queensland where she worked in private practice for the last three and a half years.
Melissah is passionate about putting her degree in Dietetics into practice in an effort to improve the health, wellbeing and quality of life of everyday Australians. She believes that any journey embarked on should be one of sustainability and is keen to ensure that a balance is always achieved. She has a love for anything food including cooking, recipe modification and taste testing. With a diverse array of experience Melissah is particularly interested in bariatric surgery, weight loss/management, diabetes, food intolerances and sports nutrition.

Rose is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutriton and Dietetics) from Queensland University of Technology.
Having lived with a chronic disease, Rose understands the emotional and physical barriers individuals face to maintain a healthy diet. Rose will work with you to establish practical, realistic and achievable nutrition solutions that are suited to your condition, lifestyle and individual goals.
Rose is experienced in helping those with a wide range of conditions but has a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, weight management issues and healthy eating while living with a chronic disease. Rose also has a keen interest in children's nutriton and the importance of developing lifelong healthy habits from a young age. As an accredited practioner of the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Rose can help parents with fussy eaters and problem feeders.
