- 2 prenatal visits that look to assess and improve you and your partner’s knowledge of the process of birth and also comprehend your desires and vision for childbirth so that you can make important decisions.
- Teaching of relaxation, breathing, and comfort techniques (vocalising, visualisation, massage) along with preparation for positions that are effective in labour and birth.
- Formulation of a birth plan that is customised and holistic.
- Natural pain relief methods.
- Developing a comfortable birthing experience.
