Xtend Barre is a quick paced, 55-minute full body workout that fuses, Pilates, dance and sculpting practices at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body.
Xtend gives you:

- Enhanced posture and improved body awareness;

Our classes have a limit of 10 in a class. This is to allow our instructors to monitor you and ensure you are carrying out the exercises correctly
Xtend Barre Stick
Xtend Barre Stick provides a new dimension to your Xtend Barre workout.
It's a quick 55 minute workout using the Pilates Stick® connected to the ballet barre which gives you a resistance workout.
Appreciate a new and testing mix of Pilates Mat, Reformer and Xtend Barre compiled into one. Monitor your improvement, as the stronger you become the further away you move from the Barre.
