I have been a Social Worker since 2016 and have a Masters degree in Mental Health.
I am an Accredited member of the Australian Association of Social Workers & Australian Community Workers Association.

Clinical- focusing research and education on depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and hoarding.
Community- collaboration and empowerment with service providers for holistic care.
Counselling- therapeutic services in grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
Health- chronic pain management, coping strategies around the progression of disease, end of life, and palliative care.
Organisational- practice supervision for allied health clinicians and professional development to reduce burnout plus vicarious trauma in the workplace.
Experience:
Supporting people through bereavement, domestic and family violence, disability, relationship/ family discord, plus social disengagement.
Facilitating group dialectical behaviour therapy and connecting to recovery. Facilitating self-esteem workshops, breathing exercises, and grounding activities.
Management of anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. Create safety plans, recovery plans, harm minimisation plans, and goal plans.
Coaching in the employment and education space.
Case management in the Criminal Justice System: addressing low language literacy numeracy, substance misuse, delivering Emotional Regulation and Impulse Control training, facilitating Changing Habits and Reaching Targets workshops, plus mediating restorative justice.
