Classes


Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop (aerial lyra) has different acrobatic moves performed in a suspended hoop.

Aerial hoop does require some upper body strength but is great for improving fitness, strength, flexibility and confidence. Learn mounts and tricks on the hoop!



Aerial Yoga

Anti-gravity aerial yoga anecdotal evidence indicates that by facilitating bending and stretching of the whole body during exercise, muscles and joints will be strengthened and rehabilitated, and the spine decompressed as the body hangs freely. As with other forms of active exercise, the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems are improved through increased blood circulation. Yoga in general and anti-gravity yoga in particular is promoted as benefiting emotional, psychological and spiritual health.



Acro Yoga

AcroYoga is a blend of three enduring practices: yoga for flexibility of body and mind, acrobatics for agility and strength building and Thai Massage to balance the active and dynamic with nurturing therapy. Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness combines fitness training, Pilates and ballet. It is a challenging workout created to achieve a lean, toned supple, fit and balanced body. Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and the Pilates ball, it ingrates the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a full body workout.



Bungee Fit

A combination of Yoga and dance with assistance of the bungee cord. Experience the joy of flight and suspension as you weave through various yoga and dance moves.

Latin Core

Let loose and dance to latin tunes while working up your stamina. Easy steps to follow and have fun getting your whole body in motion.

Brazilian samba is a lively and rhythmical dance of Afro Brazilian origin. Unlike ballroom samba this dance is usually performed in groups and the focus is on the individual. This dance is about showing off the beautiful traditional samba costumes, thus emphasising hip movements and fast footwork whilst maintaining beautiful posture – as elaborate feather headdresses are usually worn. If you have ever seen the beautiful samba dancers at Rio’s Carnivale it is easy to fall in love with the exotic and captivating dance style that is Samba.



Meditation

Meditation research shows that during the practice of meditation, the body has what they call the relaxation response, which gives the body deep rest that, is deeper than the rest from sleep. They also found that through regular meditation that deep rest builds up in the body over time, and it is that deepening reservoir of rest that then results in the many benefits of meditation. Research also shows meditation can lower blood pressure, cholesterol and the risk of heart disease and stroke, can help relieve depression, insomnia, anger and aggression, and can increase productivity, learning, happiness and inner peace.



Pilates

Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. 



Pole Fit

Pole fit is combines strengthening, stretching and core engagement all in one class! Spinning to the popular tunes, enjoy an hour of warm ups, climbs and spinning on the pole!

Pole Practice on Sundays allows for those with Pole experience to come and practice those skills you have learnt under the guidance of our Pole instructor. 



Suspension Bounce

Exercises on the trampoline wall while suspended in a harness that include bouncing and maneuvering into jumps, turns and inversions to build your core strength!

Yoga

We have a wide variety of yoga classes to cater to your needs! Check out the styles below and find what suits you.

Gentle Classes


  • Beginner’s Yoga – Never done yoga before? Don’t worry, this is the class for you. Introducing you to the fundamentals of yoga, find your alignment and awareness on the mat here.

  • Easy Yoga – Whether you are a beginner practitioner or just want to take it easy, this class is gentle and takes you slowly into positions and transitions.

  • Stretch Yoga – This slow class allows you to completely stretch your body out! Helping you to increase flexibility and deepen your yoga poses.

  • Yin Yoga – Yin yoga focuses on passive seated postures that target the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held usually up to about 10 minutes and the aim is to increase flexibility and encourage a feeling of release and letting go. It is a wonderful way to learn the basics of meditation and stilling the mind.

  • Restorative Yoga – A very grounded practice that is all about healing the mind and body through simple poses held for about 3-5 minutes. With the help of props such as bolsters, blocks, straps and pillows,  relax your way into postures.




Dynamic Classes


  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Moving through the poses with breath, this dynamic class takes you through poses and transitions. If you are new to Yoga, it is a good idea to take a few Yoga classes first to understand the alignment and names of poses. There are Beginner and Intermediate Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes on our schedule.

  • Empowered Yoga – For practitioners looking to level up on their practice, get empowered as we unravel the secrets to more advance yoga postures.


Moderate-Level Classes


  • Yoga 4 All – This general yoga class is normally referred to as hath a yoga, which is a more gentle style of yoga. This is a multi-levelled class where the instructor offers your progressions and you take it to your comfort level




Massage

Loosen those tight muscles with our therapeutic and deep tissue massage! Now available in 30 minutes or 60 minutes booking. Our therapists are experienced and certified.
