Welcome to Eternal Health & Wellness

My mission is to help people to achieve their goals and enhance their lives in anyway I can. Whether it be improving physical fitness and bodily nutrition or emotional and spiritual healing.

Not many people recognise let alone can begin to comprehend the energy that connects every single person, which connects us to the earth, the oceans, each star and every insect. This energy and our ability to harness it makes us the most powerful beings to exist. The trick is, it manifests its way through us in totally different ways depending on each individual’s strengths and experiences. It can be a physical expression through dancing, running, yoga or it can be an emotional expression through our arts and music and even down to daily rituals and intuitive visions. When we do not address our truest feelings and stuff them deep inside, more often than not the emotional wound will move through our energy fields until it manifests as sore back or a cold or endless other physical ailments and it is only then that people take notice. However the root/spiritual cause is often neglected. Through Reiki and awareness exercises you learn to be being aware when these feelings are telling you something and heal for yourself. My aim is to bring an awareness to people that will reflect in the actions of their lives and everyone around them.

As a personal trainer, I understand how vastly different people are in their approach to goals and self improvement. When I talk about fitness I am talking about: ‘suitability to fulfill a particular role or task’. Whatever you determine that task to be. This doesn’t necessarily mean going to work out so that you have the ‘best bikini body’ or to bench 100kg. It means you are exercising to get the best out of YOUR life and carry out whatever task life throws at you with confidence and ease. Not only does exercise physically change and grow your body, it is a big part of training your mind. Running or swimming in particular can put you in a meditative state where you can become focused and ready for the day. The more we use our mind to push our body the closer we get to really understanding why mind prevails over matter.

Working in the fitness industry I got quite sick of people of coming to me saying: ‘I want to lose ‘x amount’ of weight so I can look skinny’ or ‘I want to build up my chest so I pick up chicks’ etc. I am trying to change that mindset in people from trying impress others to making a change for themselves. This is a big call because so many corporation’s and our society thrives off the insecurities and fears of not being accepted. However once you accept and love yourself you’ll understand why keeping yourself healthy and well is  more important than the shallow fear based illusion we try to present to others. 

Ultimately it is all up to you! You have the power, you create your reality and it is your decision to make a change. I am here to guide you at this part of your journey in whatever way I know how. Everything you do is an expression of self, I hope to bring an element of self awareness to your life so that you can start expressing your highest self.
