Why Should You Give Hatha Yoga a Try?

Practising Hatha yoga on a regular basis will positively benefit your whole 'being', while also adding to your optimal health and happiness. From a naturopathic point of view Hatha Yoga also works wonderfully to bring the nervous system back into balance.

Yoga Sessions Available

Restorative Yoga:
Recommended for those experiencing chronic tiredness & needing some additional TLC! This class uses props, extended relaxation and pranayama/breathing to deeply support and nurture the body, mind and spirit.

Gita Yoga:
This is a general hatha yoga class with a twist! It is a specialised program of 10 postures/asanas that works to balance your mind, nervous system, emotions and hormones within the body. It also includes deep stretching, pranayama/breathing and relaxation.
