My training includes Naturopathy, Reproductive Medicine, Natural Fertility Management, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Diet and Meditation.
I have previously lived and worked in London for a number of years as a public relations and marketing consultant. I found that diet, nutrition and lifestyle changes improved my ability to cope with the stressful lifestyle I lived in London. I felt inspired to return to study and gained a bachelor of science degree in Naturopathy in 2001.
I have undertaken postgraduate study with UNSW where I have a Masters in Reproductive Medicine and a Natural Fertility Management certificate from Francesca Naish. I continue my professional development by attending medical, nutritional and herbal seminars to keep up to date with the latest research available.
I have co-authored a book Create a Fertile Life with practical guidelines that couples can implement to optimise their fertility, reduce the risk of miscarriage and improve chances of IVF success. This is a pre-conception bible which has been written with the hindsight of our near 20 years clinical expertise at Fertile Ground. It is available in paperback or as an e-book from good on-line booksellers and through the Fertile Ground website.
As a naturopath working from Fertile Ground Health Group I provide a holistic approach to health care specialising in pre-conception care, infertility, thyroid and autoimmune issues around fertility, IVF support, health in pregnancy, birth preparation, post-natal and baby health.
I also specialise in stress conditions, menopause and general women's health, and have the naturopathic training and experience to help people with a wide range of conditions.
