Treatments are a unique blend of Remedial, Swedish, and Lomi Lomi massage, infused with mindfulness principles. 

Philosophy

Health is more than the absence of pain or disease—it encompasses a state of complete well-being that allows us to thrive and reach our greatest potential. With this in mind, Harmonise Bodyworks treatments are a holistic approach to massage therapy. Treatments address musculoskeletal issues at their root cause, considering optimal posture and identifying any underlying physical dysfunction in the body. They also consider that, sometimes, our bodies hold tension in response to physical and/or emotional experiences as a way of armouring or protecting us. With this in mind, treatments always combine lots of flowing and nurturing strokes alongside deep tissue techniques. By allowing your body to find the sense of calm and safety it needs to surrender, we invite, rather than force muscles to release tension.
