Reflexology is an amazing modality that can be utilised to boost the immune system.

In our feet there is a reflex-system for our body that has been recognised and been practiced upon for over 2,000 years in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I use this modality with energy healing so it will not be painful for the clients (it may at times be tender or painful massaging the blocked areas). Having this treatment you will feel a profound sense of relaxation and notice an increase in energy levels.

Acupressure

Is closely related to Acupuncture and in some ways is similar, however there is no use for needles in Acupressure. Acupressure is based on the theory that your whole body is covered in special ‘zones’, which are then interconnected along ‘pathways’ (meridians).

There are 12 major meridians that are related in their function to internal organs. These organs and their over or under function influence the way we are, and in effect, how we feel and what injuries and ailments we are susceptible to. The idea is to identify the imbalances that are present and to restore the equilibrium that we know to be the ideal state, which returns us to a ‘normal’, balanced and healthy state.

Acupressure is effective for general ailments such as headaches, lack of sleep etc and it helps to reduce pain and suffering that is brought about by injuries.
